Janet Stovell FSSCh Dip PodMed MBChA CThA Janet has been working full time as a chiropodist in the local area since qualifying in 1995. She has worked hadr to build up a successful practice, which she was able to bring to The Natural Health Centre. She is well respected in the community and source of valuable advice.
She also qualified as a reflexologist in 1997, and was awarded a Diploma in Podiatic Medicine in 2003. |
| Johanne Williams Ba(Ed)Hons, PHSH, RSHom After ten years of teaching I became so fascinated by the positive results of homeopathy that I decided to find out more. This led to my graduation with a four year Professional Diploma from The Purton House School of Homeopathy at Thames Valley University.
I am registered with the Society of Homeopaths. This lays out a strict Code of Ethics within which I practice and provides professional insurance.
I came to Homeopathy with stomach, bladder and skin disorders after the only solution offered to me was high dosage medication. This was a great turning point for me as I no longer experience any of these symptoms and feel in better health than ever before.

| Judy Christopher C.M.H C.Hyp P.N.L.P. Reiki III As a therapist I have a keen interest in healing on all levels and am certified in Hypnotherapy, NLP including Time Line Therapy and EMDR. I am also a Reiki Master.
After achieving good results with my individual therapies I have combined elements of Hypnotherapy and Reiki to create a treatment called Journey work, which is a particularly effective treatment for uncovering the specific memories and emotions at the core of any issue effecting the body, and resolving them in a gentle way.
In my work I have found EMDR to be particularly effective and after some amazing results now incorporate this in most of my treatments. I enjoy all levels of therapy and am always keen to learn new methods and achieve a greater understanding.
Before moving into therapy some years ago, I owned and managed a Residential Care Home for 14 years, giving me a privileged insight into helping and appreciating life on many levels. I believe everyone is individual and unique in their own right and has the ability to heal given the chance.

| Diana Comerford MICHT In September 2000 I decided to go to Fareham College to learn massage. I had been interested in holistic therapies for years so I felt it was time to do something about it! I then went on to learn Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candles & Reiki. I have recently qualified as a reiki master.

| Francis Quinton Frank is qualified as a surveyor and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is self employed and commenced his work in the alternative/complementary therapy field in 2000. Since then he has qualified in a number of therapies.
He offers a wide range of these including Reflexology, Reiki, Remedial Therapeutic or Lymph Drainage Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Emotrance. In addition to this, Frank has a certification in leading Heal Your life Workshops and Groups (based on the philosophy of Louise Hay), together with certification as a Healing Breathwork Practitioner. He is also a Stress Management Trainer.

| Helena Knowles Mphil. BSc (Hons), PG Dip (Ed) LSSM (Dip), MIRSM My passion for massage began several years ago, when as a midwife I would often use it to help women relax before and after pregnancy and to help relieve pain during labour. Having seen the benefits for this group of clients I completed a course in Swedish Massage, qualifying in 2006 allowing me to offer my practice to a wider client group.
I've always been keen on exercise and sport. I regularly enjoy running, swimming, kick boxing and practice tai chi daily. After completing my Swedish Massage course I decided to combine my knowledge of sports and massage to develop skills in remedial work aimed at muscular skeletal injury. I qualified with a diploma in sports and remedial massage from the London School of Sports Massage in 2007 and haven't looked back since.
I continue to teach nursing and midwifery on a part time basis as I continue to build my massage practice. I am also a quailed Gym instructor.
I am a full member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage (ISRM) and hold approved insurance for my practice.
