New Nordic Dida 90 tablets

May help to maintain a healthy candida albicans balance by providing Cinnamon oil enforced with health giving herbs.

Dida is a herbal complex to help maintain a healthy microbiological balance in the body. May help maintain a healthy digestion. May enhance your wellbeing and energy levels.

3 tablets daily with a glass of water for a period of 30 days. Thereafter 2 tablets daily to be taken before a meal.

Dietary suggestions while taking dida: Reduce or omit the intake of foods which may stimulate the growth of Candida albicans and disturb the microbiological balance such as alcohol, yeast, sugar and carbohydrates (such as white bread). Eat proteins - for example chicken, turkey, fish, eggs and beans, fresh vegetables and essential fatty acids like olive oil and linssed oil. Take a daily supplement of vitamins and minerals.

Free from salt, sugar, yeast, gluten, dairy products and soy. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Not tested on animals.
