Rhodiola acts as an adaptogen which can help the body to deal more effectively with periods of stress. It may also help to improve mood and memory function.

For long term use the herb should be taken in cycles of three months followed by a two to four week break.

1-3 capsules per day. Consult GP before taking during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
